It's definitely a juvenile Seaside; it's too dark above and streaked below to be anything else. I can't imagine it would be a Cape Sable Seaside, since the habitat is all wrong (and the color seems too dark to me). I'd guess it's from farther north, but I don't know the differences between maritimus and macgillivraii. Your bird is the first record of Seaside Sparrow for Palm Beach County. Interestingly, another juvenile Seaside outside the breeding range was photographed a few days ago in Brevard County (see BRDBRAIN).
