Hi Brian,
I think we just have a different definition of "record." For me, it's a specimen or photo; for others, it's any sighting at all. I'm not aware of any previous specimen or photo of Seaside Sparrow for Palm Beach, so by my definition, this si the first record. If you're aware of other photos, I'd like to receive copies; thank you.
