Good afternoon all,
I received a response to a video I recently posted to Y o u Tube of a Purple Swamphen in Collier County in 2002, in which the poster mentions seeing swamphens in Miami-Dade County.
To my knowledge, there are no reports of swamphens in the county, so I'm hoping that somebody reading this can vsiit the sites to determine whether swamphens really are present:
1) Tamiami Trail at Krome Avenue,
2) Homestead AFB at the south fence, and
3) about a mile east of the AFB at SW 304st and 107th Avenue
