Do you mean a roseate spoonbill or a scarlet ibis?
Our Miami Metrozoo has a good collection of scarlet ibises.
A good place to see roseate spoonbills ( in the wild of course) is J Ding Darling wildlife Refuge on Sanibel Island. I saw tons of them there in the trees in the fall.
