Marcello, I had a Hairy Woodpecker at Loxahatchee last October. If you use the small google search window on the Birdboard (on the right, well down the list), you get complete TAS-specific search results.
Despite the various sightings, it seems accurate to say that HW is rare in S. FL. Certainly they are outnumbered by La Sagra's, which is itself rare.
