Palmetto Bay Meeting to discuss Migratory Bird Feeding Program?

What is the deal with this? The Palmetto Bay Committee of the Whole will meet this Wednesday at 6:00 pm at Ludovici Park to discuss, among other items, a MIGRATORY BIRD FEEDING PROGRAM. Does anybody know what this is about? Is someone planning to attend?

Ludovici Park is located at Old Cutler Rd and 176 St.
