I guess its late to put in my 2cents, but here in Pembroke Pines, all developments have wetland mitigations - there are wetlands, large and small (from a quarter acre behind a gas station, to half a square mile or more) all over our fair city. Wetlands are not controversial - no neighborhood out here would think of derailing a wetlands installation, nor would the mayor. They are the jewels of our town.
