I could look at that photo all day! Such beauty! Thanks so much to you and the others for alerting us to the 8(!) Canvasbacks you found on the last leg of the tour. As you know, we relocated 7 of them. Odd thing is, they all looked like females. On the last few tours out at STA-5 we've seen two males so these birds must have just arrived. I think we would have seen them otherwise since we're pretty good now at systematically scoping out all the nooks and grannies of this cell/impoundment! Thanks Tricia and keep those beautiful photos coming!
