Belated Father's Day birding at Crandon Gardens

Dear All:

My older son told me the other day that "For Father's Day I want to take you birding." Not a self-interested gift now was it?

Took the boys for a 2 1/2 hour walk around Crandon Gardens, the former Crandon Park Zoo, today. Here's our bird list:

Many animal families with babies too, including the peacocks, gallinules, and the sandhill cranes.
