I have a problem with a neighbors cat constantly coming in my yard and stalking the birds. I have tried educating them regarding the fact that cats are not native predators---They just say it is all part of part of "the circle of life." They want their cat outside to be able to "explore" and complain it is not fair to the cat to keep it inside. I told them why the domestic cat is not in the category of "the circle of life." Being outside also subjects cats to many illnesses (quite a few fatal even with immunization shots) and accidents etc.. All of my comments made no difference at all. Facts do not prevail!!!
