Another main problem is in Miami cats come under "allowed to roam free" law which is self explanatory. My neighbor mentioned this right away. How nice!!! Pet cats and strays can come in my yard and do as they please. You can trap them, but it is a lot of trouble to do so. By law, trapped cats have to be taken to the animal control center. It just seems to me I should not have to have someone's "pet" in my yard when I don't want them here!
