Go to this link -- http://nationalzoo.si.edu/Animals/Birds/Images/Bigpic/sust1.jpg -- and see if it matches your bird.

There have been several recent reports of this species in the Fort Lauderdale area, but none in Miami-Dade County. If your bird is a Superb Starling, it would be great if you could get a photo or video of it.
