I have a male and a female, or juvenile. They come at different times and don't stay in the yard. I have so many doves and bluejays that the buntings were not able to get to the feeders today. (At least not that I saw). I bought a new caged feeder, but though they stood on it, from the outside. They did not go in. Any suggestions? Also got a visit from a hawk today, but it flew off before I was able to zoom in to see what kind it was.
