Thank you Larry. I was thinking that the mocker could be ragged looking - I know a lot of the blue jays aorund my house are looking pretty bad this time of year! Just hadn't seen a mockingbird with that worn down look yet.
And thank you on the least...I still struggle with the sandpipers sometimes, as I don't see as many. This one was so small I almost didn't notice it, and it was standign perfectly still in the muck.
