It is that time of the year for the start of ragged looking birds. Your Northern Mockingbird is typical of many birds at this time of year. A worn Northern Mockingbird it is.

The sandpiper is a Least Sandpiper which you were correct, yellowish legs on adults, greenish on immatures.
