Henslow's Sparrow appears on the Miami-Dade checklist on this website; why that is, John Boyd will have to explain. Stevenson and Anderson (1994) show no records or reports from Miami-Dade and I'm not aware of any sightings since that book was published. The only record from south of Lake Okeechobee, according to S & A, is of a bird collected in northeast Lee County on 2/12/66. Howard Landridge reported two near West Palm Beach on 2/21/71. Six were reported on the 12/26/60 Ft. Lauderdale CBC.
