Rose-breasted Grosbeaks seem to be uncommon but regular winter visitors in extreme South Florida. I found this male in the Annex on 26 January 2008. Other males were Count Week birds for Dry Tortugas CBC (12/22/04) and Long Pine Key CBC (12/20/05).
Perhaps because of its undocumented history of wintering in FL, Red-eyed Vireo should be in the category of "Describe" rather than "Explain."
