Red-eyed Vireos are unknown/undocumented in winter in the entire US, while Rose-breasted Grosbeaks show up annually (especially in California!), but also on the Gulf Coast and occasionally further north. I still do not know if there has been a RB Grosbeak documented in winter in the Florida, but I would say it is far more likely than a Red-eyed Vireo. Even with good details I think a February Red-eyed Vireo would need to be photo documented to be "accepted."
