Since the ENP owns the LH area and leases it out to farmers couldn't we use more discretion and plant or allow weeds to grow on the west side. No battle there. Easy enough to spread fennel, biden, Ceasr weed and the like along the road. Maybe even milo and millet in season and let nature take its course. Maybe the PArk would give TAS et al a small 100x100 square that could be planted and maintained just as LH is now. We could become volunteers in the PArk! VIP
I'm more in favor of protecting and exoanding the area around LH than protecting the opposite side of the road which is under ...what...SFWMD?
