While I agree that this bird does not appear to be a Tennessee Warbler, I am not fully convinced it is a Wilson's Warbler - which is not to say it isn't of course. A few things are bugging me about this bird:
The dark line running through the eye which appears to extend into the lore. Wilson's Warblers should lack that line in the lore.
This bird appears to have a dark auricular and a light supercilium. Then again these could all be lighting effects.
Even though the tail does appear to be blackish on the underside, it looks too short for a Wilson's Warbler.
The bill does fit a Wilson's. It does not look at all like a Vermivora bill, thus ruling out Tennessee.
I'm just pointing out these oddities. Still, after ruling out this one and that one, you're left with Wilson's Warbler: one that looks a bit odd probably due to lighting and photo angle.
