We actually counted 43 Swainson's Hawks in the air at one time over that field, and there were more on the ground.

As for the warbler, as John already pointed out, it's a Tennessee. Other than the field marks already mentioned, apparently this bird stayed high in the tops of the trees. I've always seen Wilson's Warblers low, usually at eye level or below. Not on the ground, but prett close to it.
