Blah, Blah, Blah! So natural events are suppose to be managed now so your precious Cutler Wetlands can host shorebirds. Why don't you all manage it yourself down there, so you can enjoy shorebirds rain or shine. Let those other critters that need the water enjoy it and stop being so one-track-minded about a certain group. Think of the bigger picture!
