Eagle nest sighting

I have been watching an eagles nest in a tall pine tree across from my house on Shula's golf course. There is currently one large bird sitting in the nest for the past 10 days. Before that I watched it fly in and out of the nest. I think it is an eagle but I'm not sure. Someone please call me at 786-236-1264.
