Alex, you can see if your nest is registered with the Florida FWC by visiting the link below and entering your zip code. If it is not, and you are quite certain it is occupied by Bald Eagles, you should report it to FWC to be registered in their data base.
This is a photo from this morning at the Pembroke Pines nest, showing the older of the two chicks (5 weeks old) flapping its wings.
