Okay, it would have helped to read the whole story before jumping into this thread and on Mr. Bacquie's throat - sorry. I see now that Mr. Bacquie's posting was really directed at Mr. Schneider and Alex was just reporting another eagle nest, not the one in Pembroke Pines...right?
That said, I'd still like to propose that everyone refrain from posting rantings about Mr. Schneider on the TAS birdboard - which should be used strictly for nature sightings and not to express passionate views on a subject that leads to controversy. I for one get tired of seeing that and maybe ALL parties could do their part in that. If you want to debate eagle nests, I suggest you all get together and make your own "eaglenestboard" and post your diatribes there.
Please, leave this board to the south Florida birding community and nature enthusiasts AND visiting birders and nature enthusiasts who want to learn about south Florida birding.
Apologies for my own rant but I've had enough of the politics (rough day today).
