To clarify, the nest should be registered so that the local and Broward County building and zoning folks will (hopefully) first run a search and find out that the subdivision, shopping center, church, office complex, or gas station that wants a permit to build on that site must take steps to protect the nest site as required by Federal and (PROPOSED) State regulations.
