I promise those of you with an Empty Nest Syndrome, who have contacted me privately and wish to see the eagle nest, that you will not get a better look than that I have already posted on my Blog. Sorry that I am being such a boor for not telling you where the eagle nested.

Anyone who has connections in the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, please have them contact me so they can get the exact location and assure me that the nest site is registered in the system. Then, anyone who is interested can look it up on the Eagle Nest Locator Web site. Otherwise we will have to take part in high-visibility picketing to protect the first eagle nest in Broward County. Won't it be great to watch them raise a family next year?
