I'm with Brennan that the tanager is NOT a Summer. The bird is yellow-green, the bill is smallish, the bird clearly has a lower wing-bar, and it shows a pretty bold orbital ring.
I think the photo is of a Scarlet Tanager, which would provide the first verifiable evidence of this species anywhere in Florida during the winter months.
And BTW, I have never seen a yellow-green Summer Tanager, nor do any of the leading field guides mention that Summers can be yellow-green.
