Not Chekika, possibly not even Everglades NP

To get to Chekika, you turn RIGHT at the T (237 Ave). It s the former Grossman Hammock Park. That s all. Instead, from your description, you seem to have headed south in the east Everglades, then passed over into what I think is South Florida Water Management property (232 Ave), then east, and I m not sure if you recrossed the park boundary when you headed east.

It is certainly not Chekika, and it is grossly misleading for you to call it that.
