Same thing happened to me when the guy who lives next door returned from 4 mos rehab and set about cutting all the passion flower vine on the fence causing all the vines that had grown into the trees to die, thereby killing off food for the spot-breasted orioles and one of the two plants necessary for zebra long wing butterfly habitat (the other being firebush which is about 15' high) And then he had the nerve to steal my bananas that were barely hanging on his side. I am still seething!
