I'm shocked it was that easy for someone to figure it out - I thought the sketch was never going to work. Indeed, I looked up green jay, and I'd say I'm 95% sure that's it. I didn't know there was such thing as a green jay.
The ID sites seem to indicate it's a mexican and central American bird, and only occurs in far south Texas. So would this be more indicative of it having been a captive bird that was released or escaped? Or have they ever been known to appear in S. Florida on rare occasion?
