Picking up on Felipe's mention on mockingbirds, here at the north end of Broward we've had a bumper crop of mockingbirds. It was an exceptionally good nesting year. In some cases I counted nests within 75 to 100 feet of one another which I find an unusually tolerant spacing. Perhaps related is the equally unusually heavy fruiting on Dahoon holly, and all species of stoppers, as well as cocoplum.
