Indeed, Nora, the Herald has pulled the article-probably a story in itself there. The gist was that the Miccosukees had a guard posted there supposedly for 9 years, including presently, stopping people and discouraging them from driving the road, taking names, licenses, etc-something I had never seen-hence my question and posting. I have seen a Park ranger there once.
