Specifics Requested for Bill Baggs Western Spindalis Sighting

Does anyone know where a Western Spindalis was seen on March 16 in Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park? I've seen mention of it being seen near a restaurant or "Grille." There are two restaurants in the park: I believe they are called The Boater's Grille and The Lighthouse Grille, so I'm not sure which one is where the spindalis was seen. I have no plans to chase this bird, but for the benefit of those who do, I would like to include specifics in my next Rare Bird Update. Thanks in advance.
