Nanday Parakeets now on ABA Checklist

Nanday Parakeets plus 4 other species have been added to the official ABA Checklist, plus the AOU murrelet split. I thought the Nanday Parakeet was only countable in certain counties in Florida, but I just checked the FOS checklist and I don't see that distinction.
