It means that if you send me a photo, I will not put it on the TAS website. If I start doing this, I will get too many requests. Sorry.
You can still include photos in the same way they've always been included. Put them on a website and use the "Optional Image URL" to include it in your posting. This is how virtually all of the photos you see have been posted. They do not reside on the TAS website.
