I guess a fuller explanation would have been in order. Ye olde webmaster has been writing web pages for over a decade, and sometimes forgets other people haven't.

Many dialup, DSL, and cable modem accounts come with a personal web page which you can put your photos on and then include (via Optional Image URL) in your posting.
