Short Tailed Hawk in High Pines, 1/9/2005

Yesterday afternoon(1/9/2005) there was a light phase short tailed hawk circling with the vultures at SW55th Avenue and SW76th Street(just 4 blocks south of the TAS Headquarters). They often winter in the area.
High Pines is surrounded by Coral Gables and South Miami.
This morning produced 2 blue and gold macaws two blocks south at SW55th Avenue and SW78th Street.
