Hi Steve,
I sent your photo to an Howard Voren, an aviculturist with vast experience breeding psittacids, and asked for his opinion. It is posted below.
Neither of us were certain whether or not the two "strange" parakeets represented the same individual. We started from the far left and identified each bird clockwise:
1. obviously, two Dusky-headed Parakeets
2. Scarlet-fronted Parakeet (Aratinga wagleri)
3. Mitred Parakeet
4. Mitred Parakeet
5. Scarlet-fronted Parakeet
Howard described #2 as, "a classic looking _wagleri_ with the restricted red and the yellowish eye." Of # 5, Howard said it, "has a bit of a different head confirmation so it could be a different sub-species or maybe it's just the way the picture was taken. If you magnify the picture of #5 you can see the "import" band on its [left] leg."
I hadn't noticed the band on the leg.
BTW, like most psittacids, _Aratinga wagleri_ has several English names. The American Ornithologists' Union has convneded a committee to standardize the English and Latin names of all South American species -- a project that likely will take years if not decades. For now, they refer to _Aratinga wagleri_ as Scarlet-fronted Parakeet. Info on the AOU's South American webpages can be found at:
