Common Hill Myna

Can someone please tell me when the name of the exotic "Hill Myna" was changed to "Common Hill Myna"? The reason I ask is that there is an eBird entry for the latter from Collier County on April 9th from Carnestown (Jct. SR29 & USRte 41). This sighting was reviewed by an eBird reviewer. The actual birds (2 of them) are Common Mynas (current name?) and have been reported all winter long from this location. I still want to know about the name change for Hill Myna, however.
