John, I agree with you based on my own observations. I find them about 45/55, with the edge in favor of light morphs. The majority of these sightings are in ENP during winter, but the same general ratio seems to hold on sightings at Shark Valley and metro Dade locations (Matheson, Barnes, Virginia Key, Kendall etc.)
