Inland Red-breasted Mergansers

I saw a recent eBird report for three Red-breasted Mergansers at the North Naples Waste Water Treatment Plant here in Collier County. Having never in all my years of birding here seen ANY RBMEs on freshwater at inland locations in Collier County, I had my doubts as to the identity of these birds because Hooded Mergansers (the majority being females) frequent this site. This morning I went to the NNWWTP to see for myself and sure enough, there were two RBMEs there! This is a first for me here in Collier. I'm wondering if others have seen RBMEs in Miami-Dade other than say at ENP where I know they are sometimes seen?
