VFC: Wonder as I wander

What conclusions can you draw from the fact that one or two Vermillion flycatchers are at the exact same location (slightly modified) as the bird of several years past? The ground vegetation is not much different than that along Lucky Hammock area, etc and fences abound in that agricultural area. Why that area, those bushes. Does that give some evidence we are looking at the same bird from years past? Or other, if any, conclusions.
I can live with mystery, it is prevalent in my life, but this one intrigues me.
