I don't agree that high species diversity is an essential fallout ingredient. If large numbers of migrants (such a 100+ BT Blues) are grounded by local weather conditions, even if they are of just a few species, I would consider that a fallout. I would label today's event at Cape Florida a localized fallout.

By the way, Toe failed to mention that while I inexplicably saw only a few BT Blues at Matheson, I saw considerable numbers of warblers, including BT Green, Cape May and Blackburnian, as I was searching for exotics earlier in the morning in the Pinecrest area.
