An interesting aspect about Florida pelagic trips is that none has ever resulted in an addition to the Florida bird list. Every pelagic species "new" to Florida was found on a beach, and the bird was often dead.
I'm not saying that a pelagic trip in Floria cannot add a bird to the Florida list, but the possibility is pretty low.
