The photo posted on the TAS board sure looks like an Eastern Wood-Pewee. The photos on flicker site shows a traill's type. The crested look in the TAS photo is pretty typical for an Eastern Wood-Pewee. I don't recall any traill's ever having a crest.
In the fall, Eastern Wood-Pewee have a "whit" kind of call that I have not heard in the spring. Try as I might, I could not find the call online to be able to put a link here. They do this call fairly regular in the fall, it has fooled me a few times. When I first heard it many years ago, I was surprised to see that it was a pewee that was giving the call. Perhaps I can record a call of one before they all migrate out of here since I can't find it online.
