I've seen 34 species of Warblers at Matheson, 8 species of Flycatchers, 7species of Vireos, and several other birds, including Mizzippi Kite on two occasions. Despite all this, I can safely say that Matheson Hammock usually B*L*O*W*S Chunks!
When it's not the leaf blower, it's the lawn mower, or the garbage truck, or the work crews, or the dogs, bicycles, joggers.......
