I'm with Toe on this one... It's the experience, not so much the birds that can be seen there. If there were some pattern when the crews were going to be mowing/working or whatever... that would be good. Lately every time I've been to Matheson crews have been working on thing not needing to be done...
Ticks me off to see the waste of money also! The county should hire One person who has had to work in the real world and have them come in and slash make cuts to redundant wasteful department/programs/managers/employees/.... I bet there is close to 50% waste. I'm not saying people aren't doing the jobs ask of them, but is it necessary to do those jobs.... You can't tell I'm upset can you?
