Description: built like a kingfisher, but has a yellow breast, with a fiery red head with white "ears" and it's back and tail feathers appear to be black with white polka dots. It's song is a ceaseless flute-like tee-tyew, tee-tyew, tee-tyew with the stress on the second half. Have never seen or heard this bird before and cannot find it in any book. Can anyone out there identify it? Thanks.
