Winter Wren Split

I heard the AOU is going to split Winter Wren into two species: Winter Wren (Eastern) and Pacific Wren (Western). Altough they will look identical and have the exact same call, they can be distinguished by taste. What does this mean to us in South Florida? Absolutely nothing!
